Wednesday 25th October 2017 - Business Minded deliver Workplace Mindfulness session at JPMorgan.
This lunchtime workshop entitled "Tools for Managing Pressures and Challenges" looked at how we can become 'stressed' and the impact this has on our thinking and performance. And of course, we had great fun inviting participants to try out a number of mindfulness techniques which can help in those times of busyness and difficulty.
Held on the 31st floor of their Canary Wharf offices the session was attended by 100 members of the JPMorgan Working Families Network, all of whom joined in and had fun trying out the tools we shared.
