Ensuring Quality and Professional Standards
Our trainers and coaches are professionally qualified and undertake continuing professional development.
We work hard to ensure we deliver a high-quality service and adhere to recognised industry standards.
Ensuring Quality Standards
Currently there is no regulation or industry standard for mindfulness trainers. The UK Mindfulness Teacher Training Network have created the ‘Good Practice Guidelines’ (GPG) for mindfulness teacher training. Whilst these standards do not specifically cover mindfulness training for the workplace, Business Minded adheres to the GPG as appropriate to the workplace.
In addition our team is highly qualified, experienced and dedicated to continuing their professional development.
An evidence-based approach for workplace settings
Business Minded trainers are qualified to deliver the WorkplaceMT approach to mindfulness training.
WorkplaceMT is an evidence-based approach to teaching mindfulness within organisations. It has been developed from Oxford University's Mindfulness Centre and refined over a four year period.
The WorkplaceMT Trainers' Training has recently been recognised and validated by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Business Minded trainers have, therefore, completed the only CMI recognised mindfulness trainers' training available.
Business Minded coaches have obtained International Coaching Federation (ICF) recognised qualifications.
The ICF is the leading global coaching organisation and the only independent, globally recognised accrediting organisation for coaches.
Our NLP trained coaches have completed recognised qualifications and adhere to the standards and practices of the ANLP.
The ANLP is one of the most professional and trusted independent NLP organisations in the world.
