Really enjoyed delivering a workshop yesterday to the staff and teachers at Bootham School, York.
We looked at how our experiences of pressure situations are affected by the way we choose to think about them, and how when we manage our thinking we can start to manage our responses to difficulties.
And of course we offered some tools and techniques, drawn from Mindfulness and Coaching, which can help us when we feel the pressures of the day building up.
