The FFMQ is a widely used measure of a person's level of mindfulness.
It combines five independently developed mindfulness questionnaires which collectively are accepted to represent a measure of one's mindfulness. The five facets are observing, describing, acting with awareness, non-judging of inner experience, and non-reactivity to inner experience.
